Client: Wipro Infotech

Nature of the Project: The project’s value was of INR 25 million for the financial year 2009, the duration being of one year. We were expected to provide contract manpower of specific skill sets to each project of the clients, covering a mandatory onsite presence at 53 locations pan-India.

 Challenges: We had to carry out 214 professional recruitments within a deadline provided by the client with varied project skill set requirements. We also handled the payroll, attendance and employee related issues for the 214 employees. We recruited local talent in order to be cost effective and covered regions such as the entire state of U.P. and also the North-East region of India.
 
Project Execution: The project was conducted with the satisfaction of the client and a 100% service level agreement record. The turnaround around resource was within 24 hours, with the recruitment of 214 professionals spread over 53 locations across the country, within the deadline set by the client. In order to ensure cost-effectiveness for the client, we recruited local talent despite facing a severe lack of local offices.

Nature of the Project: The project is worth INR 30 million for the financial year 2010, renewed on an annual basis. The project requirements were of high volume recruitment of IT infrastructure management professional on the basis of specific projects. NHIL was asked to provide contract manpower of the specific skill sets to each project with onsite presence at 30 locations mandatory.
 
Challenges: We had to carry out a recruitment process of 500 professionals with varied project skill sets to cover an all-India spread of HP client offices. In order to minimize costs, we had to recruit local talent to cover the client’s requirements. Also, we had to handle the payroll, attendance and other employee related issues for 700 employees.
 
Project Execution: We successfully matched the client’s requirements by recruiting local talent, despite facing a lack of local offices. Each project underwent a need analysis in order to confirm proper fitment in the initial phase. We also managed the payroll, billing and collections of 700 employees scattered across 30 locations. Another highlight of the project was the turnaround of resources in 36 hours. Within 5 working days, we recruited 30 professionals from as many as 10 different technological skill sets.
Our success in the project execution also led to repeat business from the client for 3 years.
